We conduct our counselor search in coordination with other  Gan Israel camps across the country in order to bring the highest quality and devoted counselors to Camp Gan Israel of Columbus. One of the highest priorities of our camp is to nurture each camper with personal devotion.

In addition to the camp directors, the staff will include: two head counselors, eight bunk counselors, three junior counselors, three Red Cross certified lifeguards, a WSI certified swim instructor, recreation instructor, crafts and nature instructor, and one bus driver. Careful consideration of camp size will ensure optimum counselor/camper ratio of at least one supervising staff member per six campers.
