Transportation will be provided by way of buses from V.A.T. for an additional $35 per week for the Bexley and Berwick areas.
This year there will be two pick up and drop off locations from Bexley and Berwick. The camp bus stop locations will be emailed prior to camp.
Parents are responsible for their children until the bus is ready to leave; do not leave your children with the bus driver or in the parking lot unattended. Please make sure to have someone at the bus stop for pick up on time.
Parents need to be prompt at the bus stops. If you think you will be late, please make arrangements with a friend or another camp parent to pick up your child.
There is no bus monitor. Children must follow the rules of the bus driver. If a child does not follow the rules of the bus driver, the child will not be able to ride the bus.
Please park in a designated parking spot in the rear of the building. Please don’t park in the alleyway or park haphazardly in the lot as you drop off your children.
Have your children use the bathroom before leaving home or wait until they arrive home in the afternoon. Entering the building should be limited to emergencies only. Furthermore, we have been notified that the building will be closed a number of days a week.
